Bishop Chane's Parish Visitation &
Celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Church Building
We welcomed current and former parishoners as well as all family members and shared the anniversary of St. Mary Magdalene with Bishop Chane and his wife.  The church service was followed by a special program remembering the decades of worship at St. Mary's followed by a wonderful array of foods from Africa, the Carribean and America. Thank you to everyone who helped and participated.
 
Chase Partnership Shelter Ministry Seeking Volunteers
For many years, St. Mary’s has supported the Chase Partnership Shelter (sponsored by Community Ministries of Rockville) by preparing dinner on the second Saturday of each month. Established in 1986, the Chase Partnership Shelter provides housing, counseling, and training programs to 35-40 homeless men recovering from alcohol or drug addiction.
